UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all parcels as quickly as possible. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Dispatch Times

Monday–Friday:
Orders placed are dispatched on the same or next working day.

Weekends:
Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping Rates & Time

All UK parcels are shipped via a fully tracked Royal Mail service.

£5.95 | Standard Shipping (2-3 working days)

£15.00 | Large orders over 5KG (2-3 working days)

Note: If an order exceeds the maximum size or weight limit for these tiers, we will contact you via email with a revised shipping quote.

If you need to check the exact status of your package at any time, you can enter your reference number on the Royal Mail Track & Trace portal.

International delivery

If you live outside of UK and would like to place an order. Your order will then be weighed and a final quote will be emailed over for review We do not cover customs and these plus any local charges are the customers responsibility. We pack all orders as carefully as possible but cannot be responsible for any breakages made in transit when shipping abroad.

To initiate a return, email hello@oneofakindedtion.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Wait for an email confirmation before shipping items back to us. Bespoke items are generally non-returnable, while eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Key Return Conditions

• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

• Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and parcels are sent at your own risk. Using recorded delivery is recommended.

• Exceptions: Bespoke or personalised editions made to your specifications cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

Refund Details

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs and any international customs fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
