Inspired by nature’s palette and seemingly mundane details, ceramicist-turned-glass artist, Hyeyeon Yoo, develops dream-like coloured glassware.

Yoo’s transition to glass experimentation was largely down to how light plays with the material. Through slip cast and mould techniques, she creates pieces that are at once beautiful and suitable for daily use, perfectly blurring the lines between function and aesthetics.
